We use this information to identify your orders and personalise your shopping experience with us. If you have subscribed, we also use this information to provide you with our newsletters. Under no circumstances do we provide your personal details to anyone.
The payment process is protected by industry standard encryption so that we can guarantee that no one can intercept your credit card details. You are fully protected while buying on line at LifeAdorned. Our online merchant is Westpac and our online payment gateway is QuayPay. The payment process is protected by industry standard 256 bit SSL (SecureSocket Layer) encryption between the customer’s browser and the LifeAdorned site, and again between the LifeAdorned site and the payment gateway. This prevents transaction information from being intercepted as it travels between the respective servers/computers. Customer credit card details are collected at each order, and are never stored on the web server in any format. This eliminates the risk of customers’ financial information being accessed by any third-party.
All customer account passwords are stored using a one-way encryption algorithm (MD5). No passwords are ever stored as plain-text.
We want the process of buying online from us to be enjoyable. We also know that not everything you buy will fit or look just the way you imagined. So if you don’t love the piece you have bought please return it within 14 days of the purchase date, with a copy of the receipt, to receive a full refund. If the item is on sale we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days. These items must be unworn and in their original condition.
We will cover all postage costs for returns on faulty or damaged items. Please note, if the garment is altered in any way, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted. Any returns for change of mind will mean that the customer will pay for return postage. We recommend that items are returned via registered mail to ensure their safety. We do not take responsibility for items lost in transit when returned. Please note: the refund is for the item/s and does not include postage charges.

Please ensure that all returns are securely packaged and that both Life Adorned’s and the senders address are clearly written on the parcel. Once a parcel is received please allow 7 days for your account to be credited.
All garments are inspected at Life Adorned to ensure that the quality is 100%. The orders are then packaged to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition. If, upon receipt of your order, you find there is a problem with the garments please email us and we can organise to have the product returned to us free of postage for replacement or refund.
If you would like to exchange a garment, it is important that you email us so that we can put it on hold.
Postage and Shipping Policy
Our standard delivery is Australia Post Express Service.
Any Australian order of $150 or more will have express postage free of charge.
For orders under $150 a flat rate of $7.95 applies.
We aim to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible, with all orders dispatched by the next business day, using Australia Post Express Service.
We aim to have all orders delivered within 2 business days. This may be quicker if you live in a capital city.
Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery with the Express Post network. This network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes.
Delivery outside of this network will be the fastest possible.
Postage to New Zealand will incur flat postage fee of $20. All another international orders will incur a flat postage fee of $25.
New Zealand and International customers do not pay Australian GST.
International customers may be subject to import taxes or duties in their home country.
